Welcome to Olympic Saunas! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, olympicsaunas.com, and our services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Use of Our Website

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and services.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to, spamming, hacking, or distributing malware.
     

3. Orders and Payments

  • Placing Orders: When you place an order for our custom sauna services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

  • Payment Terms: You can pay using cash, check, credit/debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. We'll provide detailed payment instructions when confirming your order.

  • Order Confirmation: An order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us.
     

4.  Returns

We cannot accept returns since all our products are custom-made to your specifications. Please review your order carefully before finalizing.
 

5. Deposit

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to start working on your order. This deposit covers the initial costs for materials and labor.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 48 hours of making the deposit and receive a 50% refund. After 48 hours, the deposit is no longer refundable.
 

7. Warranty

Our products come with a one-year warranty that covers defects in materials and craftsmanship. This warranty does not cover damages from misuse or everyday wear and tear.
 

8. Final Payment

The total amount is due when you receive the product or upon completion of the service. Failure to pay may lead to legal consequences.
 

9. Lead Time and Delivery

Please submit any changes to your order in writing. Additional costs may apply. Note that we cannot make changes once we've started making your item.
 

10. Changes to Orders

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these websites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any linked websites you visit.
 

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
 

12. Product Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services unless due to our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
 

13. Ownership of Designs

All designs and customizations remain the intellectual property of Olympic Saunas. The customer may not reproduce or redistribute any design without express written permission.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of any part of the contract to the extent that such delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
 

15. Storage Fees

Orders not picked up or delivered within 30 days of completion may be subject to storage fees unless prior arrangements have been made.
 

16. Late Payment

Invoices not paid within terms are subject to a specified monthly finance charge.

The client agrees to release Olympic Saunas from liability for any injuries or damages sustained as a direct or indirect consequence of the services provided, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct by Olympic Saunas.
